Terms of use

Terms governing the use of GetAllDone during the beta: professional accounts, bookings, payments and responsibilities.

1. Purpose and service status

GetAllDone is scheduling software for independent professionals: a booking page, calendar, client messaging and appointment tracking. The service currently runs as a supervised beta: some features presented on the website (paid subscriptions, automatic SMS reminders, online payments) are not open yet, and the service may change or be interrupted for maintenance.

GetAllDone is a tool made available to the professional. The service contract (content, price, performance, cancellation) is concluded directly between the professional and their client; GetAllDone is not a party to it.

2. Professional account

Accounts are reserved for professionals acting in the course of their business. During the beta, registration may be limited to invited users. The professional is responsible for the accuracy of the information published on their page and for keeping their sign-in credentials confidential.

3. Client bookings

Clients book without creating an account, through a private link of their own. The cancellation and rescheduling conditions shown at booking time are those defined by the professional. Clients undertake to provide accurate contact details.

4. Plans and payment

The Essential and Serenity plans presented on the website are pre-launch offers, in euros excluding tax; no subscription is billed during the beta. A 15-day free trial starts at the first publication of the booking page, with no credit card.

When online payment opens, it will be operated by Stripe; GetAllDone takes no commission on services, and the payment provider's fees are shown separately before activation. Gift cards, where offered, are issued by the professional and usable under the conditions shown at purchase.

5. Prohibited content and uses

In particular, it is prohibited to:

  • publish unlawful or misleading content, or content infringing third-party rights;
  • use client contact details for purposes unrelated to the service relationship, or send them commercial messages without consent;
  • attempt to circumvent the service's security, quota or billing mechanisms.

6. Liability

GetAllDone uses reasonable means to keep the service available and accurate, without a guarantee of results during the beta. Displayed travel times and distances are road estimates without live traffic. GetAllDone is not responsible for the performance of services, cancellations, or disputes between a professional and their client.

GetAllDone's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the professional for the service over the last twelve months — zero during the free beta — except for personal injury, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

7. Term, suspension and termination

Professionals may stop using the service and request deletion of their account at any time. GetAllDone may suspend or close an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms, with notice except in urgent cases. On account closure, data is deleted or anonymised within the periods stated in the privacy policy.

8. Mediation and governing law

These terms are governed by French law. GetAllDone's services are reserved for professionals; French consumer mediation (article L612-1 of the Consumer Code) does not apply to the relationship between GetAllDone and its professional users. For disputes between an individual client and a professional using GetAllDone (booking, deposit, gift card), consumer mediation is the responsibility of that professional, as the seller of the services; their mediator's details appear in their own terms. Failing amicable resolution, French courts have jurisdiction.
