1. Define where you work
Set your starting point, a geographic radius and a maximum driving time. Both the radius and time limit constrain normal availability. An out-of-area address can produce an exceptional request for you to accept or decline.
2. Set a simple surcharge
Choose free travel up to a road distance, up to a journey duration, or always included. The threshold itself is included: with 15 km or 20 minutes, the flat surcharge applies only above the selected threshold. These rules concern the journey from your starting point to the client and are included in Essential. Your allowed service area remains a separate rule.
3. Show the total before booking
Illustrative example: a €60 service, 10 km included and an €8 surcharge. At 8 road kilometres the total is €60. At 14 road kilometres, within your allowed area, it is €68. Travel time also affects which appointment slots are available.
Road distances, without a live traffic promise
Distances and durations currently use the road network, without real-time traffic. If a route cannot be verified, the application does not replace it with a made-up duration. A surcharge shown in a booking is not, by itself, a formal accounting invoice.
