Follow up after a service
For example: ‘It has been a few weeks since your last haircut. If you would like another appointment, my available times are here.’ The message supports your client relationship without pretending an appointment is already booked.
Consent belongs in the journey
Commercial follow-ups must remain separate from messages needed for an appointment. The planned approach uses explicit, recorded consent and an easy opt-out. Declining marketing should not prevent someone from booking.
Keep sending under control
The 200 monthly SMS credits are shared between reminders and follow-ups. Follow-ups, frequency rules and quota enforcement are in preparation. Choosing an offer on the website does not activate commercial messages.
