Import your client file as a CSV — an export from Planity, Fresha or your Excel spreadsheet — and find your records in a few minutes. Existing records are never overwritten, and the client directory is included in every plan.

Can I use GetAllDone without travelling?

Yes. You can offer services at your premises or remotely. Routes, service areas and travel fees apply to visits to a client’s home; other appointments do not need them.

Does GetAllDone bring me new clients?

GetAllDone helps organise your existing business. Share your link with your clients, on your website or on social media. We do not promise to bring you new clients.

Do clients need to install an app?

No. Your booking link opens in their browser, with no account or password. You can also add appointments arranged by phone.

Can I bring my clients over from my previous tool?

Yes, in a few minutes. Import a CSV file exported from Planity, Fresha or your spreadsheet (Excel, LibreOffice): the records join your client directory, without ever overwriting existing ones. The directory is included in every plan.

Can clients pay me directly?

Yes. The booking flow supports payment directly to the professional. Online payments are still being prepared and are not required to explore the schedule.

Is the service available now?

A supervised beta is being prepared for the first testers. Complete journeys have been tested on staging with three professional profiles. Paid subscriptions, automatic reminders and online payments are not available yet.
