The core product
A personal booking page, service catalogue, schedule, time off, out-of-area requests, appointment messaging, waitlist, client directory and tracking of received amounts. Booking, confirmation, rescheduling, cancellation, recorded payment and review journeys have been tested on staging with three fictional profiles: a beautician at her premises, a sports coach offering on-site, home and video sessions, and a home cleaner. These tests are not production validation.
Your clients come with you
The client directory gathers the records created through bookings: contact details, notes and appointment history. To get started, import a CSV file exported from your previous tool — Planity, Fresha — or from your spreadsheet (Excel, LibreOffice). French and English column headers are recognised, and phone numbers are normalised and matched against existing records, which are never overwritten. The directory and the import are included in both plans.
Built around travel
Available times account for addresses, routes, breaks and buffers. A flat travel surcharge can apply beyond an included road distance or duration. You can also always include travel. Delay handling proposes schedule changes with client approval.
Still in preparation
Paid subscriptions, SMS quotas, commercial follow-ups, automatic SMS and client email reminders, online payments and payouts still need completion or validation. Real iPhone testing remains to be completed.
Current scope
Individual professionals; road routing and address search in France; a French and English marketing site, with the existing app in French. Teams, global route optimisation, recurring appointment series and full accounting are not advertised.
