Create your space and set everything up for free, with no time limit. When you publish your page, you get 15 days of Serenity with 30 text messages, no credit card required. You then subscribe to the plan that suits you, monthly or yearly.

If you have subscribed, your plan takes over without interruption. Otherwise, your page is paused at the end of the trial: clients can no longer book online, but existing appointments are kept and your data is retained. Your diary, adding appointments and the monthly summary remain available. You can reopen the page at any time by subscribing. We email you three days before, the day before, and on the day the page is paused.

Yes, from your subscription portal. Moving to Serenity or to yearly billing applies immediately, prorated for the current period. Moving to Essential or to monthly billing takes effect at the end of the period already paid.

Yes, prices are shown excluding VAT; French VAT at 20% is added: €23.88 per month including VAT for Essential, €35.88 for Serenity. If you cannot reclaim VAT, like most French micro-entrepreneurs, the amount including VAT is what counts. Some French overseas territories have a reduced or zero rate.

Your subscription renews automatically at each renewal date. You can cancel it from your subscription portal at any time: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no fee and no partial refund. Your invoices and receipts are available there too.

No. The client directory and CSV file import — exported from your previous tool or a spreadsheet — are included from Essential. Existing records are never overwritten during an import.

Every text sent on your behalf: confirmations, reminders, “on my way” and delay notices, your messages, changes and cancellations, waiting list invitations and follow-ups, as well as the text alerts you receive yourself. One credit is one segment: a long message, the € sign or certain characters use several. Sign-in codes are free, and review requests go by email.

Further texts are paused and clients are notified by email; a warning appears as you approach the cap. You can buy a credit pack if you wish: no overage is ever charged automatically. Monthly credits reset each calendar month, with no rollover. Purchased credits remain yours, but are not used while you are on Essential or your page is paused.

France and its overseas territories, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Andorra, Spain, Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands, Austria, the United Kingdom and Ireland: one credit per segment. Germany, the Isle of Man and Guernsey: two credits. Elsewhere, clients are notified by email.

A reminder relates to an existing appointment: it is included in both plans by email, and also by text with Serenity. A follow-up invites a client back after the delay you choose, if they agreed: it is part of Serenity.
