01
A trial that starts when you are ready
Creating your account and configuring everything is free, with no time limit. The 15-day free trial of the Serenity plan starts when you first publish your booking page, without a credit card, with a cap of 10 SMS over the trial period. At its end you choose your plan; without a choice, your account keeps the Essential features and your page stays published.
02
Travel is part of the job
Route calculations, your service area and travel surcharges are included in both plans. You do not need the higher plan to use them.
03
Reminding a client or inviting them back
A reminder relates to an existing appointment. A commercial follow-up invites a client to book another service. Only Serenity includes these planned follow-ups, for clients who opt in.
04
Payment processing is separate
The proposed model is a subscription without GetAllDone commission on services; commercial terms remain subject to confirmation before launch. When online payments become available, payment provider fees will be shown separately before activation.
FAQ
Straightforward answers.
Can I subscribe now?
No. These are planned launch offers, priced in euros excluding tax. No subscription is charged through these pages. Quotas, top-ups and follow-ups must be activated and validated before commercial launch.
Are the client directory and CSV import limited to Serenity?
No. The client directory and CSV file import — exported from Planity, Fresha or a spreadsheet — are planned in both plans, starting with Essential. Existing records are never overwritten during an import.
What is an SMS credit?
One credit is one SMS segment sent to a French number. Long messages or certain characters can use several segments. The monthly allowance is shared between reminders and, with Serenity, commercial follow-ups.
What happens when credits run out?
The planned policy pauses additional texts, with a warning and optional credit purchases. This policy proposes no automatic paid overage. Client email reminders are planned in both offers but are not available yet. Top-up prices will be published before subscriptions open.
Does the English version include international SMS?
No. Translating the website does not change the offer's coverage: the proposed credits apply to French numbers. Other destinations are not included at this stage.
