An updated finish time reveals immediate conflicts. The estimate changes neither the price nor billed duration. A paid extension follows a separate approval request.
Prepare a workable proposal
The calculation checks routes, breaks, buffers and working hours. Gaps in your schedule can absorb part of the delay. If the day cannot fit everything, affected appointments remain for individual handling.
Wait for agreement before moving bookings
Each client receives their own proposed time. The plan applies once all approvals are collected and the schedule is still compatible. A refusal, expiry or change requires a fresh decision; no silent move takes place.
