Estimate when the job will finish
An updated finish time reveals immediate conflicts. The estimate changes neither the price nor billed duration. A paid extension follows a separate approval request.
Prepare workable times
The calculation checks routes, breaks, buffers and working hours. Gaps in your schedule can absorb part of the delay. If the day cannot fit everything, affected appointments remain for individual handling.
Confirm, and your clients are notified
You review the new times before confirming them, with an optional message. Each client receives their own time by email, and by SMS when possible. If it does not suit them, they can reschedule or cancel free of charge.
