Details to agree before the appointment
Before confirming, clarify the route, poles and starting point with the client. These details help you allow realistic time and avoid an incomplete appointment. If the request falls outside your standard format, use manual confirmation and messages to agree on the scope.
Agree on where the session takes place
Specify a clear meeting point and the equipment needed. Allow time for the session and preparation. For outdoor lessons, agree with the client on an alternative if conditions require a change.
The scope for your work
The booking flow is for individual appointments. With the Serenity plan, you can sell prepaid packs of several sessions that clients book one at a time. Group classes and room or pool reservations are not included. Arrange access to facilities separately.
